Inspection of preparations for the 2025 High School graduation examination
On the afternoon of June 16, Inspection Delegation No. 1 of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Examination, led by Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee, conducted an on-site inspection of the examination preparation work in Lang Son city.

At the site, the delegation conducted inspections at the Viet Bac High School and Chi Lang Secondary School examination locations. At Viet Bac High School, 786 candidates have registered for the exam. The site has prepared 34 official examination rooms and 1 waiting room. The Chi Lang Secondary School site, which accommodates 370 independent candidates taking the exam under the 2006 General Education Program, has arranged 15 examination rooms and 1 backup room. At these sites, the delegation directly examined the areas designated for storing exam papers and answer sheets, the surveillance camera system, student storage areas, as well as the physical conditions of examination rooms and administrative areas.

According to the report from the Lang Son city Examination Steering Committee, this year the city has four examination sites located at the following schools: Chu Van An Specialized High School, Viet Bac High School, Hoang Van Thu High School, and Chi Lang Secondary School, with a total of 2,480 candidates registered.
As of now, preparations are basically complete. The sites have arranged 106 official examination rooms and 4 waiting rooms. Surveillance cameras have been fully installed at the designated locations and are operating stably. Strict plans have been established for the protection of exam questions and answer sheets. Personnel assigned to examination duties have been trained in professional procedures according to the Ministry of Education and Training’s guidelines. The city’s Examination Steering Committee has actively mobilized social resources to support candidates, such as providing free meals, accommodation, and transportation for those from distant areas.

During the working session, the inspection team members exchanged views, discussed, and reached consensus to ensure that the city’s Examination Steering Committee and the examination sites effectively implement the examination.

Concluding the inspection, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The 2025 High School Graduation Examination is a significant event, marking the first comprehensive implementation under the 2018 General Education Program. Therefore, it requires strong, coordinated, and highly responsible involvement from all participating forces.
To ensure the examination is conducted safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, he requested all units to thoroughly review all organizational stages, particularly regarding facilities, security plans for exam papers and answer sheets, measures to maintain public order, prevent cheating, and respond to natural disasters or extreme weather conditions. Additionally, attention must be paid to disseminating and guiding the exam regulations to supervisors and candidates; ensure that candidate support activities are implemented carefully and effectively; and maintain close coordination among departments and forces throughout the examination process.
He also reminded schools to enhance support for students in completing their skills and mental readiness, to avoid any unfortunate errors that could affect the candidates’ rights.
