The official group draw for the ASEAN Women’s Football Championship – MSIG Serenity Cup™ 2025 took place in Hanoi on June 9, marking the beginning of the region’s most prominent tournament for national women’s teams.

The 2025 edition marks the 13th time the tournament has been held and is the first to feature a title sponsor, with MSIG lending its name to the competition.

This year, the championship will welcome eight national teams from the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF), including defending champions the Philippines, four-time champions Thailand, Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, and the hosts Vietnam, who have previously claimed the title three times.

Based on the draw results, the eight teams have been divided into two groups of four. Group A features Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Cambodia, while Group B includes the Philippines, Myanmar, Timor-Leste, and Australia.

The group stage matches will follow a single round-robin format and will take place at two venues: Viet Tri Stadium in Phu Tho province and Lach Tray stadium in Hai Phong city.

The MSIG Serenity Cup™ 2025 is scheduled to take place from August 6-19. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, set for August 16. The third-place playoff and the final match will be held on August 19./.
